I would like to introduce you to the three pictures on the ‘home’ page, of which I am the photographer.
Starting on the left is a sunrise from early June – This photo was taken at the beach at Couchiching Park where I practice my ‘Sun Rise Meditations’.
The energy from the rising sun is amazing. A good morning kiss to fill your heart with love to help start your day! Everyone should try this at least once and everyone is welcome to join me at the beach.

The middle picture is of a ‘Moon Flower’ of which only opens at night. This beautiful vine flower is representative of breaking patterns and bringing you back to balance in a wonderful way. A thought to keep in mind when you go through your day…have a smile for everyone, focus on the ‘here and now’ and listen to your inner voice, which is your outer Soul!
